  • Hot Pilates/yoga

    Being submerged in infrared heat penetrates your body causing you to sweat, this further accelerate detoxification by physically removing the toxins from your organs through muscle contraction.

    Working in the infrared increases your core body temperature and speeds up metabolism.

    All classes in the Hot room will be at a max of 95-100 degrees.

  • Cold Plunge

    Why cold plunge? It has a wide range of benefits including: Faster recovery in performance, elevated energy, immune support, increase baseline dopamine, boosts mood, pain relief, stress relief and better sleep.

    We offer packages/memberships on just cold plunge.
